Homero Galicia Gonzalez, 43 of Conroe, Texas passed away on September 5, 2015 in General Teran Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Homero was born in Morillos San Luis Potosi, Mexico on April 8, 1972 to the parents of Everardo and Margarita Galicia.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Galicia, his son Private First Class Homero Anthony Galicia and his wife Private First Class Hannah Galicia and daughter Emily Galicia. His siblings include Edigardo Galicia and wife Angie, Jose Luis Galicia and wife Marisol, Jovita Galicia, Everardo Galicia Jr. and wife Veronica. He also leaves behind 10 nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins and one granddaughter Ava Maria-Elizabeth Galicia.

Homero lived his life to the fullest. He was a loving husband, father, brother and son. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf in his spare time but his greatest love was his family. He touched so many lives and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. A rosary will be held at 7:00pm.

A celebration of funeral mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe, Texas on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 1:00pm with interment following at Garden Park Cemetery.
