James Everett Wagers, 69, passed away Sunday, December 11, following his brave fight with cancer. Jim owned Town & Country Termite and Pest Control in Conroe, Texas for more than 30 years. He never met a stranger and was loved by many friends and his extensive family. We have lost a beloved father, husband, uncle, brother, and faithful friend, but we have another guardian angel to watch over us. He was preceded in death by his son Maston Blake Wagers in 2009, one brother Ronald Eugene Wagers in 1996, father Everett Wagers in 1979 and mother Lucille Newton Wagers in 1997. Survivors include His loving wife Sherry Wagers of 32 years; Sisters Joyce Beale, Pat Turner, and Ruthie Moore. Sister-in-law Ramona Weiss and husband David Weiss, sister-in-law Frances Campbell and husband Jimmy; Brother-in-law James Masterson Jr and wife Martha; and Brother-in-law Chris Masterson and wife Vicky. He leaves behind his children: Shannon Leigh Sedlar and husband John Sedlar, Hymie Love Follmar and husband Chris Follmar. His sons are James Everett Wagers Jr, William Joseph Wagers and wife Erica Wagers. He is survived by many grandchildren: Allen Everett Sedlar, Evan Anthony Sedlar, and Brandon Zane Sedlar; Bryce Andrew Follmar, Mykala Jordan Follmar, and Cole Duane Follmar; Carleigh Brianna Wagers and Kaylee Nevaeh Wagers; Malaya Love Wagers and William Maston Wagers.

Pallbearers will be James Masterson III, Jesse Masterson, Michael Wagers, David Weiss, Frankie Masterson, Wally Beale, James Masterson Jr, and John White. Funeral and burial to take place at Cashner Funeral Home & Cemetery in Conroe, Texas on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 12:30pm.
