John Allen Rayha entered into rest Nov. 3, 2014. John took his final step in this life and began a new journey. Born on Sep. 16,1959 in Livonia/Pickney Michigan, John began his journey to Texas in his early 20's. After several years working construction John had a traumatic injury that brought him to us in another way. His gentle soul could not be stopped the way his arms and legs were. John continued this part of his life giving to us more than he ever received. He will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by son John Allen Rayha Jr. Mother Patricia Brothers Christopher and Edward sister (by marriage), Linda and Keith and numerous Nieces Nephews and Cousins. He is going to heaven to be with his Father Frank, Brother Patrick and Sister Eva. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff (Family) and residents at Tideway on Galveston Island for giving John a place to call home. Visitation from 5:00 - 8:00PM Thursday Nov 6 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, Services will be held Nov 7 at 11:00 am at St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 26777 Glen Loch Dr, Spring, Texas 77381. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tideways on Galveston Island.
