Joshua Paul Goff, 33, entered into eternal peace on November 1, 2015. Joshua was born in Arlington, Texas on October 24, 1982. Josh attended Sam Houston State University and was employed by Vision Guidance Services as an MWD Engineer. Josh enjoyed working in the oil and gas industry and was an avid skier and golfer.

Josh was a loving family member and was a great friend to all he knew. Josh could light up a room when he walked in with his smile, his jokes and his charm. He graciously spread his time, warmth and compassion to all. Josh had the special gift of lifting anyone up and making them smile. Josh was a special person with a special heart, so nice and polite to any person, friend, stranger, wherever he wandered. His big heart and personality, both inside and out, will forever be missed.

Josh is survived by wife, Merabeth Goff, daughter Harper Goff, his parents Robert and Pam Goff all of Montgomery, Texas and sister Courtney Goff of Dallas, Texas. "His Girls", Riley and Harley. Mother and Father In-Law, Shawn and Dixie, Sister In-Law Harmony Harts with husband Jeff, Brother in-Law, Shane Jennings with wife Tiana Jennings. Numerous aunts and uncles....Nieces Presli, Peyton, Paige, Jayden, Nephews Tate and Kemper, other family and close friends. Preceding him in death were grandparents, Mae and Haskell Blankenship, Paul and Virginia Goff, and close friend Mary Dot Adams.

The celebration of Josh's life will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, located at 20850 Eva St., Montgomery, TX. 77356. (936) 597-7300. There will be a reception following the service at Hodge Podge Lodge next door.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up for Harper Goff at First Financial Bank (First Bank of Conroe). You may leave written tributes at www.shmfh.com
