Karen Ann Reich Taylor, 63, passed away January 29, 2012 at 6:30 am. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Wayne Taylor of Montgomery, Texas; daughter Kandace and husband Brian Henry, of Conroe; son Brandon Taylor and wife Michelle, of The Woodlands; grandchildren Taylor Henry, Tori Henry, Tessa Henry, Thomas Henry, Triston Taylor, Trista Taylor, Trinity Taylor; sister Cathy and husband Pete Ragusa, of Orange; brother-in-law Melvin Clifford and wife Peggy; sister-in-law Shirley and husband Kennith Perkins and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Karen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New Burgh College of The Bible in 1967. She attended high school in West Orange where she was a Cheerleader, Home Coming Queen, voted Class Favorite and received the commercial award. She was employed by Gary Greene & Keller Williams Realtors. Karen was a member of the West Conroe Baptist Church. She supported and helped found Cancer Care, The Healing Place and Interfaith Hospitality missions for her church. A celebration of life service is scheduled for Thursday February 2, 2012 at 2 pm at West Conroe Baptist Church with interment to follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday February 1, 2012 from 5 to 8 pm at Metcalf Funeral Directors.
