Kathleen Anntoinette Victor, nee Stecher, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2012 at the age of 53 in Montgomery, Texas after a long illness. She is preceded in death by her father Harry L. Stecher, mother June P. Vasile and stepfather Louis Vasile.

She is survived by her husband Evans L. Victor of Montgomery, TX, daughter Ashley D. Victor of Montgomery, Texas, son Shawn M. Scott of The Woodlands, TX, granddaughter Avery N. Scott of Oakridge, TX, sister Paige Stecher of Denver, CO, brother Frank Verk and wife Carol and children Clay and Baily of Highland Ranch, CO. She is also survived by numerous extended family members.

Kathy was born and raised in Asbury Park, NJ and moved to West Palm Beach, Fl at fourteen years of age. She attended Lake Worth High School and West Palm Beach Junior College where she studied Art. After college she attended Gold Coast Realty School where she earned her Real Estate Certification in 1989. After meeting her husband, Evans, in 1986 she fell in love and they married October 28, 1988. Kathy and Evans moved to The Woodlands, TX in 1993 to raise their children. Kathy was employed by The Woodlands Operating Company, where she worked for the next Seventeen years and The Howard Hughes Corp for eight months.

Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She had tremendous faith in the Lord, her family and friends. She was adored by all who knew her and will be forever missed and cherished in our hearts.

Her family and friends would like to extend a special thanks to the Doctors and Staff at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Houston / MD Anderson Cancer Center Woodlands Tx and the Nurse's at Hospice Odyssey House Conroe Tx for their dedicated care. A Memorial Service will be held at the Ark Family Church in Conroe, TX on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 10:30am.
