On March 19th, 2015, Kenneth A. Erickson passed away at his residence in the Point Aquarius subdivision, Willis Texas. He is survived by his father, Arnold Erickson; mother, Elva Borg; sisters Kathrine Erickson Herndon and Barbara Erickson Lomax, (and Barbara's husband Randy); brothers Arnold (Arnie) Erickson Jr. (and Arnie's wife Karen), Rick Swanson (and Rick's wife Linda); and a large family of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Ken was born on September 27th, 1950 in Weymouth, Massachusetts where he lived until his teen age years then moved to Florida throughout his college years. Ken served our country bravely in the Vietnam War as a Marine.

After completing a degree in Computer Engineering, he moved to California for a career in computer engineering. He was considered by many as brilliant in his field, renowned as a leading computer engineer and greatly respected by his peers for his innovative work.

Ken's passions included his Corvette, his wood and metal working, sailing and he was a voracious reader.

Ken's memorial and remembrance service will be held on Saturday, April 11th at 10 a.m. at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home on 10129 F.M. 1097 W. in Willis Texas and following with a further "Celebration of Life" reception at the Lakeview Manor Clubhouse at 12091 Lakeview Manor Drive, Willis Texas
