Lois Booker, 77 died in Montgomery, Texas on August 22, 2017, with family members by her side.

A memorial service will be held at the North Shore Church, Montgomery, Texas on Friday, September 1, 2017 Lois was born on November 9, 1939 in Eldon Missouri.

Lois was survived by her husband, Ferdinand Cribbs, her son Michael Booker of Fayetteville Arkansas, her daughter Cheri Finkelstein of Kingsland, Texas, and her step children Melissa Barton of Kennesaw, Georgia, Martin Cribbs of New York City, and Austin Cribbs of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She cherished her entire family, enjoyed their company and celebrated their accomplishments.

Lois maintained a lifelong love of education, beginning with teaching herself to play the piano. She later excelled in her educational pursuits. She studied at the University of Houston, Memphis University and graduated from Winthrop University. She later attained a masters of business administration from Pepperdine University.

Lois worked as a real estate agent for Martha Turner Properties.

She was active in the Bentwater Ladies Organization for several years, was a founding member of the North Shore Investment Club and lately was an enthusiastic member of a Bentwater book club.

A memorial service will be held at the North Shore Church, 18501 West FM 1094, Montgomery, TX 77356 on Friday, September 1, 2017.
