Dec. 11, 1950 - Aug. 2, 2016

David Rose succumbed to cancer and was called home to the Lord on 8-2-16. David was an avid outdoorsman, hunter, fisherman, and pilot and loved introducing his children, grandchildren, family, and friends to those activities. David grew up in Baytown, Tx and was introduced to Christ at an early age. David graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1970. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force, worked at Exxon, lived and died in the Baytown area. David was the son of Mabin D. Rose Sr and Crystal Rose. He leaves three children Mabin David Rose III, Stephanie Catchings-Tullos, and Trichelle Raunch to cherish his memory, along with 8 grandchildren, his sister Jeanette and Charles Sager, and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends. There will be no formal service held, upon his request there will be a fish fry for family and close friends.
