Memorial services will be held Friday, July 27, 2012 at 3:00pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel to celebrate the life of Margery Elizabeth Carr. Margery was born July 27, 1929 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Clarence and Annette Burley and passed away July 24, 2012 while in Conroe, Texas. Margery loved reading and was an avid doll-house maker. She loved making Christmas figurines to share with her friends and family. Margery is survived by her siblings, Mamie Menard, Tim Choinier, and Linda Halhbrock; her daughter, Julia Ray and her son, Tom Cunningham and his children; Tom, Nathan and Promise; daughter, Sheila Case and her husband Paul and their sons, Scott and wife Amber and their children, Ryley and Wyatt, (on the way) and Craig Case and his wife Jamie and their children, Josh and Taler; daughter, Marsha Riley and her children, Danielle and husband Jeff Balowski and Tia Riley and her children, Dominick and Asia; son, John Carr and wife Susie and their children, Micheal, William, Bridgette, Aaron and Mathew, along with eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild; daughter, Cheryl Lubig and husband Tom and their daughter, Korie and her daughter, Cherish; daughter, Lynda Kolvek and her children, Misty, Robert and Melynda and her son, James Carr and his daughter, Kristen. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in memory of Margery to the Parkinson's Foundation of Harris County, 7457 Harwin, Suite 30B, Houston, Texas 77036-2025 or by calling (713) 552-0858.
