Martha T. (Pasket) Diehl was born May 20, 1932 in New Waverly, Texas to Stash and Thelma Pasket. She passed away July 4, 2015 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 83.

Martha is preceded in death by her husband Phillip Diehl, daughter Gail Diehl, son Michael Diehl, son-in-law Richard Alfaro, parents Stash and Thelma Pasket, brothers Johnny, Mike, and Frank Pasket and sister Rosie Diehl. Those left to treasure her memory are her children Joan Alfaro, Dorothy Bergin and husband Neal, Vickie Velez and husband Frank, Anthony Diehl and wife Kim, and Darlene Diehl, grandchildren Jeramy Diehl, Mindey Psencik, April Diehl, Mendolyn Alfaro, Allison Bergin, Jessica and Jerrid Velez, and Kelle, Justin, and Peyton Diehl. Greatgrandchildren are Kyle Kory, and Kolton Psencik, Cyniah Drake, Phillip Diehl, Addison Diehl, and one on the way. She is also survived by her brothers, Antone Pasket, Jimmy Pasket, Phillip Pasket, sister, Anna Mae Smith, and numerous nieces, nephews and long time friends.

Visitation will be held at Metcalf Funeral Directors Wednesday, July 8 from 5-8 pm with a rosary at 7pm. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 9 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in New Waverly at 11am with interment at Shepard Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeramy Diehl, Jerrid Velez, Justin Diehl, Kyle Psencik, Kory Psencik, and Kolton Psencik. Honorary pallbearer, Phillip Diehl.

The family would like to give special thanks to friend Brenda and most recent care given by granddaughter April.
