Mary was born December 29, 1920 to Mary Noble and Jesse Walker in Keenan, Texas. She was preceded in death by both parents, loving husband Oscar Arnsworth, Sr., sons Woody Arnsworth, Sr. and Oscar Arnsworth, Jr., daughters Jessie Lee Arnsworth and Sharon Denise Arnsworth; sister Minnie Ola Menefee, and Josephine Smith. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother; giving her all to family and extended family unselfishly. She accepted Christ at an early age and continued to serve the Lord until He called her home. She met the love of her life, Oscar and united in marriage with him October 12, 1935. To this union ten children were born; four sons and six daughters. To cherish her memory and rejoice in her home going are daughters Mary Alice (Milton) Pettit, Myrtle A. Brown, Katherine A. Stewart of Conroe, Texas; Ella R. Duncan, Roslyn (Richard) Beaty of Houston, Texas. Sons Henry (Laglenda) Arnsworth of Houston, Texas, Ruben Ray (June) Arnsworth and Glenn Vinson of Conroe, Texas; Daughters-in-laws Julia Cene Arnsworth of Conroe, Texas and Gennett Ellen Arnsworth of Dobbin, Texas; Sisters Winnie Lee Middleton and Jimmie Lee Paige; Special Aunt, Roberta Smith; Brother-in-law Clay C. Menefee of Houston, Texas. Special Friends Virginia Talford, Cleo Taylor, Ozetta Mathis, and Angela Wright. She also will be missed greatly by thirty-four grandchildren, sixty great-grandchildren, and thirty great-great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends. A Viewing will be held on Friday from 12noon until 5:00P.M. in the chapel of Collins And Johnson Funeral Home., Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 10:00 am-11:00 am., Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m., both services will be held at West Tabernacle M.B.C, 1900 FM 2854 RD, Conroe, TX, Rev. Anthony R. Shelton Pastor., Rev. William Smith Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Yell Cemetery in Montgomery, Texas.
