Mary Louise

Casburn-Darden

It is with deepest sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our beloved Wife, Step Mother and Step Grandmother and friend, Mary Louise Casburn-Darden. Mary passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Her family rejoices in the extraordinary life she was privileged to live, and we feel grateful and blessed to have been loved by such an amazing, thoughtful and caring individual.

Mary was born on January 26, 1941 in Dacus, Texas to Archie Lee and Joyce Perry Casburn. Mary enjoyed being a hairdresser for over 40 years and had a passion for cooking and sewing. She and her husband, Charles, of 30 years, had a love for traveling and spent many hours on the road seeing new places and formed many new friendships. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Charles M. Darden, Jr., step children and step grandchildren and her multitude of friends that she deeply cherished.

She is also survived by her husband, Charles M. Darden, Jr., step children; Christi Moerbe and husband Larry Moerbe of Orange; Charles D. Darden and wife Lora Darden of Round Rock, step grandchildren; Sydney Wimberley of Katy; Sarah Moerbe of Houston; Matthew Moerbe of Orange and numerous friends that she tenderly valued their relationship over her lifetime.

Mary, MeMaw,

You flew to Heaven on the back of Angel Wings...

We will miss you dearly!
