On Friday, July 14th 2017, Melanie Kaye Faulkner, wife, mother, daughter, sister, & Granny was called home to be with the Lord after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 62 years. Melanie Kaye Faulkner was born in Houston, TX on September 8th, 1954. Melanie was a kind, fun, loving free spirit that put the needs of others before her own. She enjoyed spending time with her family, caring for others, taking camping trips, & traveling to the beach. She is preceded by her Father Billy Gray DÁmico. Melanie will forever be remembered by her loving husband of 39 years Cactus, their children, Brandon & wife Laura and Jamie & boyfriend Joe Butler, her 4 precious grandchildren, Samantha, Bryan, Manny, & Kayla, her Siblings, Cecilia Hanson & husband Donald, Bill & wife Suzy, Don, Liz Anvari & husband Jay, David & wife Laurie, as well as her nieces and nephews Michael & wife Janet, Kimberly, Kara, Lisa, Buddy, Donny, Tracy, Nicole, William, Ryan, Austin, Alexander, Bella, Ava, Aliza, Ali, Atta, whom she loved dearly. Melanie's spirit will live on through her family, numerous extended family, dear friends and neighbors.

A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, July 21st, at 1:00 p.m., at Woodlands Church Chapel in The Woods, 1, Fellowship Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
