Wharton - Michael R. Kincer of Wharton passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014, at the age of 62 surrounded by family. He was born in Temple, Texas, on December 24, 1951, to Bill R. Kincer and the late Dorothy E. "Dot" Kincer.

Mike loved hunting and fishing with his family. He enjoyed remodeling houses and working with his brother and father. He was our confidant, source of wisdom, full of short wits and humor, always a helping hand and open ear. He was a devoted and loving son, father, grandfather, and friend to many who will be dearly missed.

Mike is survived by his father, Bill Kincer and wife Georgia of Wharton, Tx; brother, John Kincer of Elgin, Tx; sister Donna, (Kincer) Sitka and her son, Dillon of Victoria; son and daughter in law, Terry and Jennifer Kincer and their children, Terry Jr., Ty, Joseph, Jessica, and Nathan of Texas City, Tx; daughter, Yvette (Kincer) Dunn and her children, Evan and Drew of Wharton, Tx; son, Craig Kincer of Conroe, Tx; son and daughter in law, Byron and Leeanne Kincer and their son, Adam of Magnolia, Tx. Mike is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
