Norbert Louis LeBlanc, 77, of Conroe, Texas, passed away January 2, 2017.

He was born in Port Arthur, Texas on May 17, 1939. Norbert graduated from Bishop Byrne H.S. and received a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University. He was married to Priscilla on December 28, 1961.

Norbert had a career in law enforcement with the Federal Bureau of Investigation - Washington, D.C. and Houston, Texas; Houston Police Department - Houston, Texas; Montgomery County Sheriff's Department - Conroe, Texas. He was a member of many organizations including Houston Police Federal Credit Union, International Association of Identification, Riverbrook/Forest Hills Subdivision Water Board, and Habitat for Humanity. He had a passion for spending time at the family beach house and attending events with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Priscilla; children, Chris and wife, Danette LeBlanc; Alanna and husband, Walter Zarosky; and Craig and wife, Jenn LeBlanc; grandchildren, Stephen and wife, Angie LeBlanc; Amanda and husband, Kolby Elliott; Alyssa, Dayne, Kyle, Hayley, Thomas, Cassidy, Logan; great grandson, Ethan; sister, Judy and husband, Ronnie Melancon; and brother, Paul and wife, Gayle LeBlanc, sister-in-law, Jeanette Romero, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by great grandson Eli LeBlanc.

A visitation will be held Thursday, January 05, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place, Friday, January 06, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 26777 Glen Loch Dr, Spring, Texas 77384. An Interment will take place immediately following the Mass at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, Texas 77039. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to The 100 Club.
