Norma Ruth (Marshall) Harvill passed away December 27, 2015 in Amarillo, Texas surrounded by her loving family. Norma was born in Louisville, Georgia, on March 25, 1932 to Asa Monroe Marshall, Jr. and Mildred Ruth (Montgomery) Marshall. She graduated from Georgia State College for Women in Milledgeville, Georgia. Norma married Robert Sebran Harvill, Jr. on February 12, 1954 in Perryton, Texas. Norma and Bob were long-time residents of River Plantation in Conroe, Texas. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Asa Monroe Marshall III, and her son Patrick Marshall Harvill. She is survived by her husband, Bob, daughters Sharlane Harvill Billman (Greg), Lynn Harvill Rich (Jon), and her daughter-in-law Jelia (Jones) Harvill. She is also survived by grandchildren, Erin (Billman) Wynne (Collin), Brandon Harvill (Christen), Kristen Harvill, Tyler Billman, Bryce Rich, Blake Rich, Courtney Rich, and great-grandchildren Locke Wynne and Sebryn Harvill. A memorial celebration of Norma's life will be held on January 9, 2016, from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at River Plantation Country Club.
