Patty went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2016.

Patty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend to all who knew her. She died peacefully in The Woodlands, Texas on August 10th.

She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 29, 1952 to Albert and Mary Metzger (deceased). Patty graduated from Whitmer High School in 1970 as a cosmetologist.

Patty was dedicated to her families in Texas and Ohio. Her biggest dream was to be a grandmother to her beloved grandson Braeden. She was known for her baking skills and enjoyed playing cards, especially bridge.

She was the co-founder of Lassiter Industries with her husband Tom where she grew the business and became friends with customers and employees alike over a 25 year career.

She is survived by Tom her husband of 41 years, son Eric and wife Alexandra and their son Braeden, son Scott, sisters Diane Cook, Carol and husband Rick Toth, Marianne and husband Gary Tarsha, brother Jimmy Metzger and wife Carol Ann, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Brookdale The Woodlands and Heart to Heart hospice for their compassionate care.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 19 at 12:00 pm at The Woodlands United Methodist Church in the Robb Chapel located at 2200 Lake Woodlands Dr. 77380.
