Priscilla June Hanenburg, born March 20, 1925, went to be with her Lord on May 10 at the age of 92. She is survived by her faithful husband of 73 years, Martin Albert Hanenburg. Together they raised five kids, Stephen, Dennis, Dale, Forrest and Cynthia, and have countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Born in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, she met Martin when he accidentally knocked her down at a roller rink shortly before he left for World War II. He picked her up! They made their first home in Spokane, Washington, and her love for him was so strong that she moved with him as he was continually promoted to Great Falls, Montana, Minot, North Dakota, Galesburg, Illinois, St. Paul, Minnesota, Ft. Worth, Texas and finally Conroe, Texas.

Everywhere they went, Priscilla made friends. She used her creativity in many ways - playing the piano in church, leading music, teaching Sunday School, starting Bible clubs, helping missionaries, cooking food, leading Bible studies. She helped where help was needed and spread love liberally. When she saw a need, that need was filled. People naturally gravitated toward her and she was the joy in the center of it all.

She was a very special lady, and all who knew her have been greatly enriched. She is already dearly missed, though we know that we will see her again in heaven.
