Richard P. Browne, 84, of Pearland, TX, Passed away at the Memorial Hermann Hospital on January 1, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Louisa Browne, and Son, R.Scott Browne and is survived by his daughters; Carol Browne-Hill and Laura Jean Haynes.

Mr. Browne was an International Consultant to Communities and the Real Estate Industry. He was dedicated to the development of environments that enhance the "Quality of Human Life". Mr. Browne had many achievements throughout his career involving;

New Town & Community Planning Urban Design Engineering Project Management The 5th Dimension of Design Value Analysis Visiting Professor of Research in Urban Design & Planning at the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture at the University of Houston. (Fall-Term '98 to Spring Term '08. 10 Years of Service. Invited by and did visit with NASA and Lockheed to lecture their scientists on the criteria needed for building communities on the Moon and Mars in the 21st century. The Woodlands, Texas; a 27,000 acre New Town 25 miles north of Houston, TX Plus many others way to numerous to mention at the time.

There has not been a Memorial Service scheduled as of yet for Mr. Browne. However, once ALL Mr Browne's friends, family and Associates have been found and notified, the family will be having a Memorial. We will have this information posted at a later date. Please, If you are an old friend or Associate of Mr. Browne, the family would love to hear from you. We are also looking for his table tennis partner...
