Robert Neil Letbetter, at age 36, passed into the arms of our heavenly father on November 3, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. Although his struggles were long and difficult his death came unexpectedly. Neil was born in Conroe, Texas on January 25, 1978 to Keith and Jill Letbetter. His unique perspective and intelligence appeared in his early years in some of his clever writings such as "Peopling" which was a "play" on the topic of fishing. During his teens his exceptional skills with computers emerged and he later attended MTI College of Business and Technology which allowed him employment in jobs requiring advanced computer skills. His cousins delighted in his company and sense of humor at the many large family gatherings over the years. He was a truly kind and empathetic person who loved his family unconditionally and immeasurably. Although he was adored by those who really knew him, his giftedness, depth of love for others and sensitivity made him too beautiful for this world. He is survived by his mother Jill Rose and step-father Dan, his paternal grandmother Betty Letbetter, his younger siblings, Chris Von Bieberstein, Brandi and Ashley Letbetter and step-sister Korie White, nephew, William Von Bieberstein, paternal uncle, Kevin Letbetter and wife Lisa and maternal uncle, John Smitherman, maternal aunts, Sharon Renneberg and husband Hal, Judith Wilfer and husband James, Dana McCoy and husband Jeff, Lorie Dickson and husband David and many cousins and other relatives who loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his father Leonard Keith Letbetter, grandfather, Leonard Leon Letbetter, maternal grandparents, Louie and Kathleen Smitherman and maternal aunts Carol Cream and Melanie Ross. Services will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. with graveside services in the adjacent Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Tyler Ryan, Travis Ryan, David Upp, Daniel Von Denstein, Billy Deskin and Colton Smitherman. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Logan, James Ross and Greg Ross. You are invited to view Neil's webpage and leave written tributes to the family at
