Roxie Anna Masters was born November 30, 1956 to Jessie Lee Price, Sr. and Leandrew Price in Houston, Texas. She was raised in Spring, Texas.

Roxie accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age; she remained faithful to the cause of Christ. She was a member of Truevine Missionary Baptist Church, where she served in the Women's and the Fulfillment Hour Ministries (Sunday School). She was also a member of the Truevine's Women and Mass Choir. Many Know that her favorite song was "I Can't Keep it to Myself". Although she will be missed, it is with great comfort to know that she "fought a good fight, finished her course and kept the faith,"until her father called her home.

Roxie was called home by her Heavenly Father on August 12, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father Jessie Lee Price Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory a devoted mother Leandrew Price, one brother; Jessie Lee Price, Jr. of Spring, Texas, three sisters; Florella Cordupt of Spring, Texas, Dorothy Mae Williams of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Goldie Pearl Johnson, of Houston, Texas, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends and loved ones.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 21, 2015 from 10-11a.m. The funeral will begin at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be held at Truevine Missionary Baptist Church 27307 Oak Street Spring, Texas 77388 Rev. Dr. Darrin W. Moore, Pastor. Interment: Spring Peaceful Rest Cemetery Spring, Texas.
