Roy Lee Mosley was born on May 5, 1945 and went home to be with the Lord on May 20, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife Minnie, sons Clarke Mosley and wife Denise, Brooke Mosley and wife Carrie, and his daughters Tiffany Furleigh, Alaina Mertz, and Janelle Daniel. He was the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren; Haley and Corbin Mosley, Madison and Kendall Mosley, Katelynn Furleigh, and Christopher and Carley Daniel. He was preceded in death by his parents James Claude Mosley and Ruth Mosley Dowdy.

Roy was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from Northside High School in 1963. He went on to Baylor University where he earned a degree in Business Administration in 1967. He spent the last 17 years of his life working for Allenko Finishes, Inc. He was an active member of his church, where he led the music and worked with the youth group. In his free time, Roy enjoyed hunting and fishing with his children and grandchildren, and traveling and spending time with the love of his life, his wife Minnie.

Services for Roy will be held at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery, Texas on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow the service at the New Montgomery Cemetery.
