Stephanie Hatley passed peacefully to our Lord's serenity surrounded by family on 9 June 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital Woodlands TX after battling cancer. Born in Tacoma WA 27 Sept 1954 as Stephanie Anne Stone to John R. Stone and Barbara (Vale). The family soon moved to a Seattle home on the shores of Lake WA where she grew-up gaining lifelong enjoyments pursuing water activities, gardening, and a love for all animals.

A 1972 graduate of Nathan Hale High, she next pursued a Bachelor's Business Degree at the Univ. of Wash. Seattle. Soon thereafter she soon joined her father's firm Interspace Design specializing in commercial interiors. In 1985 she married her soul mate John Hatley of Seattle. In 1988 they welcomed their beloved son into the world. The family moved to Lake Conroe in 2005 where she immersed herself in boating sports, church activities, and the Montgomery County Master Gardner Association. Preceding her in death are parents, step-mother Edele, and wonderful sister Susan. Survivors include her loving husband, son Stephen, brother in laws Frank Voorhees and Paul Hatley, several nieces, a nephew, extended family, and close friends.
