Thomas Eric Douglas went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 16, 2014. He was born January 29, 1979 in Jackson, Mississippi. Eric earned both his undergraduate and master's degree in forestry with emphasis in GIS from Mississippi State University and worked for Chevron in Houston, TX. He was a wonderful father, husband, son, brother, uncle, son in law, brother in law; friend and loved by all that knew him. He will be greatly missed but in our hearts forever. He is preceded in death by his brother, Joey Brantley. Eric is survived by his loving wife Brittni Douglas, children, Thomas Jackson Douglas, Mckinley Beth Douglas and Carter Leigh Douglas, parents, Ricky Douglas and Nena Brocato, step father, Blake Brocato, grandmothers, Sarah Douglas and Jessie Clark, sister in law, Stacey Brantley and children Dominick and Kacey Brantley, mother and father in law, Beth and Stuart Traylor, Phil and Patti Jones, brother and sister in law, Phil and Sarah Jones, Jim Bob and Jenni Adams, Todd Traylor and Tracy Manzi, Travis and Melanie Traylor Nieces, Taylor Jones and Kloe Bailey, nephews, Cameron and Hudson Traylor and one to be expected. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 19, 2014 at 12:30pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel (801 Teas Rd Conroe, TX 77303) with Pastor Jerry Vineyard officiating. Burial will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gregg Clark, David Clark, Mark Staudt, Jeff Staudt, Todd Traylor, Travis Traylor and Stephen F. Shannon.
