Virginia M. "Ginny" Jacobs, 58, of Conroe, passed from this life Sunday March 24th, 2013.

Ginny was born July 7, 1955 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to James I. and Mary Jane McCoog Jacobs. Virginia spent her life making a loving home for her husband and family. Ginny loved working and volunteering at Bridgewood Farms, she was an adult Basic Education Teacher and respite care provider. She was a special olympic coach and loved being with her special needs friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Hagerty; son, Joseph Marcozzi; grandchildren, Nicole and Mya; sisters, Betty Jane Demattesa, Cheryl Reagan, Joan Jacobs and fiance, John; brothers, Jimmy Jacobs and wife, Carolyn, Jeffrey Jacobs, Michael Jacobs and wife Kim, and Danny Jacobs and wife Buffy; uncle, James McCoog and wife Teri; aunts, Joan Juninger and Flo Nelson and husband Al. And a host of other nieces, nephews, family, friends and extended family at Bridgewood Farms.

The family would like to thank Linda and Dan Duchemin and Rhonda Fox for their kindness, care and generosity that they bestowed on Ginny during her lengthy illness.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 13, 2013 ar 2 PM, at New Horizion Church of the Nazarene, 1201 N. FM 3083, East, Conroe. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Bridgewood Farms Memorial Fund, 11680 Rose Rd., Conroe, TX 77303.
