Dale Loll went Home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the age of 86. William Dale Loll was born on June 18, 1931 in Perry, Iowa. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather that cherished every moment with his family. Dale proudly served his country as a U. S. Marine from 1948-1951. His careers included Coastal States Insurance, Gulf oil distributor, owner/operator of a Gulf service station, Swift Premium, Georgia Pacific, and the last 21 years at Cracker Barrel where he was awarded Employee of the Month multiple times. In his early years he loved fishing and camping with his sons and was a CB enthusiast. In his later years, he enjoyed reading his Bible and devotional, along with an insatiable appetite for playing Solitaire on the computer for hours on end.

Dale will forever be remembered by his wife of 30 years, Nancy of Willis, Texas, sons: Charles and wife, Karen Loll of Highland Village, TX, Clyde and wife, Stacey Loll of Huntsville, TX, Clayton and wife, Patsy Loll of New Waverly, TX, Clark Loll of Willis, TX, Clifford Loll of New Waverly, TX, stepson Scott and wife, Diana Seifert of Spring, TX, and stepdaughter Tracey Chatman of Conroe; along with 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his parents August and Mary Godwin Loll, brothers George Gott and Gene Loll, and sisters Ruby Claussen, Pearl Herrick, Jewell Loll and Opal Swacker.

Memorial service will be Friday, April 13, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, 10129 FM 1097 W, Willis, TX. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Ellisor's Elderly Care, 2521A FM 1375 East, Huntsville, TX 77340.
