I only met him a handful of times; however, I could tell he was a very light hearted man. I could tell he enjoyed to laugh, and he loved both Billy IV, and Sherri deeply. My deepest condolences to everyone who is effected by this loss. My prayers are with you all.

Little Billy, Sherri, Ms. Dugger, Marsha, Clark, & Teresa -
My prayers of peace and strength have been with you as we grieve. I had no friend like him, and in my days never known a kinder, funnier, or more honestly caring soul. He's in a better place, but it sure is a sadder one here. Love you Brother.

Wow! Billy Dugger..... so vibrant, so alive, so crazy-weird. (said lovingly) I've often wondered whatever happened to sweet Billy over the years, and all of a sudden I see a notice of his passing. What a shock. We were great friends in high school and even kept in touch for a few of our college years. Sincerest condolences to his family and to Marsha.
