William Walter Fritsche Jr. (Bill) passed away in his home in Conroe, Texas on Friday, April 3, 2015. He was born in Houston, Texas on May 20, 1934, the 10th child of William Walter Fritsche Sr. and Mary Fritsche Mitschke. Bill graduated from Reagan High School and after serving in the 7th Army Corp he completed a degree in economics and finance at the University of Houston.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Mary with whom he would have celebrated 55 years of marriage on April 16th. He leaves his three precious daughters, Kara Parker (Charles), Kendra Smith (Wayne), and Kristina Slay (Michael), five grandchildren, Elyssa Radenz, Sydney Slay, Ashleigh Smith, Garrett Smith, and Joshua Slay. His is also survived by two sisters, Doris Carnes and Beatrice Windsor.

Earlier in life Bill enjoyed bowling with his two brothers in tournaments across Texas. Later golf became his passion, playing the lottery was his vice.

Family will receive friends on Monday, April 6, 2015 from 5pm to 8pm at Brookside Funeral Home located at 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, TX 77039. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 10:30am at Brookside Memorial Park. Everyone will gather in the funeral home prior to the graveside at 9:30am.
