Memorial service for William Richard Cleveland, longtime resident of Conroe, Texas will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in The Chapel at Conroe Funeral Directors with Pastor Alton King officiating.

Mr. Cleveland was born on June 9, 1943 in Houston, Texas and passed away peacefully on December 22, 2014 in Willis, Texas at Grace Manor. He was 71 years old.

He was preceded in death by his son, Sammy Cleveland; brother-in-law, Jaime Moore; sister-in-law, Linda Cleveland and nephew, Wayne Richards. William is survived by his loving family: children, David Cleveland and Patricia, Tacy Cleveland, J.R. Cleveland and Shannon, Charles Cleveland and Melissa and Cory Cleveland; sister, Carolyn Moore; brother, Charles Cleveland; grandchildren, T.J., Justin, Danielle, Savannah, Starla, Scotty, David, Casey, Drew, Felix and Kennedy; great grandchildren, Chloie, Westin and Bailey; nephews, Ricky Richards and Richard Michael; niece, Monica Mizell; great nephew, Josh Mizell; great nieces, D'Angel and Dakota Richards; and special friend, Angie Tarneja. Numerous other dear relatives and friends also survive.

William proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and also during the Cuban Missile Crises. He was a loving, kind man who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
