Wilma Lewis Wiggins was born March 20, 1934 in Tarkington, Texas and went to her heavenly home March 26, 2017 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 83.

Wilma was a charter member of the First Baptist Church of Grangerland founded in 1949. She spent her early years as a cosmetologist with her own shop. Later in life a business owner with her own store where she got to know so many in her community. She was an excellent cook, loved to cook for her family and friends and always had a cake ready. She was famous for her peanut butter cake and had requests often from family and friends.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Julius Carey and Delma Lea Hunt Lewis; husband of 61 years, Gerald Raymond Wiggins and by her brother, Carey Lewis. She is survived by her son, Mike Wiggins and his wife Evelyn; daughter Sandra Thacker and husband Douglas; sister, Wanda Snell and husband Bill; brother, Kenneth Lewis and wife Leona; sister-in-law, Kathy Lewis; grandchildren, Doug Thacker and fiancé e Stephanie Bianchini, Justin Thacker and wife Tricia, Michael Wiggins and wife Shannon and Taylor Barnick and husband Jacob; great-grandchildren, Cole and Emily Thacker and mother Melisa, Phoebe Thacker, Cash Thacker, Kylie Wiggins, Cotton Wiggins, Madilyn Huff, Lucy Barnick, Grace Bianchini and Taylor Murphy; great-great grandchild, Ivy Murphy. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 6-8pm. Celebration of Life Service will be Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Grangerland at 2:00pm with Rev. Jay McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow in the Dry Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be Justin Thacker, Doug Thacker, Cole Thacker, Michael Wiggins, Jeff Lewis, Marshall Lewis , Derrick Snell and Jimboy Wiggins.
