Joseph A. Sirolli Jr., 67, of Elm, NJ passed away April 7, 2014 at home with his family by his side. Born in Hammonton he was a lifelong resident of Hammonton/Elm area. Joe retired from the Construction & General Laborers' Local 172 after working 30 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He served in Germany and guarded the Berlin Wall and Rudolph Hess. Joe graduated from St. Joseph's High School in 1964. He excelled in all sports, especially football. Joe enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies included the Casino's, horse racing and playing cards with his nieces. He is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mary Sirolli, his brother, Nicholas Sirolli and nephew Mark Sirolli. Joe is survived by his wife, Trina, his brothers, Ronald Sirolli Sr. (Peg), Anthony Sirolli (Karen), Robert Sirolli (Jackie), nephews, Ronald Sirolli Jr., Michael Sirolli (Monica), nieces, Kimberly Sirolli, Taylor Sirolli, Gabrielle Sirolli and his great nephew, Marc Sirolli. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00am Thursday in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French St. Hammonton, where a visitation will be held from 9:30am until 11:00am. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hammonton. Donations may be made to the Mark A. Sirolli Foundation, PO Box 406, Hammonton, NJ 08037. Arrangements are by the Carnesale Funeral Home, Hammonton.(
