Renay Berman, of Longport, NJ and Palm Beach, FL, passed away on June 26, 2012. She was born in Hazleton, PA. She was a dedicated supporter of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters, animal shelters and Women's Abuse Centers and she owned and operated motels in Ocean City, NJ for many years. All who knew Renay knew that she lived life to the fullest every day. She had a special zest for giving her children and grandchildren exposure to the Arts, for education and life's traditions. Her heart and home were always filled with family and friends which was her greatest joy! Renay will always be remembered as our loving wife, mom, "meme", "sissy", Aunt Nay and Mrs. B. She will forever be in our hearts and our inspiration for life.

Renay is survived by her devoted husband, Harris Berman, her loving children, Wendy (Tom) Seymour and Michael (Tara) Berman, her beloved grandchildren, Sidra and Maya Seymour and Noah and Mira Berman, her loving sisters, Marsha (Lee) Glassberg and Karen (Derek) Smith and her loving sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Leo and Sharyn Berman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services Thursday (today), June 28th, at 2pm, at Beth El Synagogue, 500 N. Jerome Ave., Margate, NJ 08402. Interment will follow at Rodef Sholom Cemetery in Egg Harbor Twp., NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Renay's memory may be made to Beth El Synagogue or to the .
