Earl Franklin Obituary

Age 86 on Tuesday November 11 2003 (Veterans Day) at his residence in Cherry Hill NJ.
Colonel Franklin was a retired Air Force colonel; with 35 years active duty service who served in Germany France and Greece. During WW II he was a pilot and instructor with the original Tuskegee Airmen. He served as Regional Exchange Commander in Vietnam in the early 1970's and was Chief of the Air Force Services Office in Philadelphia PA prior to his retirement from the Pentagon.
Earl is the beloved husband of the late Marion T. (nee Hall) Franklin loving father of James M. Franklin of Cherry Hill dear grandfather of Shaney Cleighton James E. Franklin and brother of Bertha McDonald Odis Franklin Donzanella Spivie and Donald Franklin.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Earl's Life Celebration Saturday 4-6pm at INGLESBY/GIVNISH of Maple Shade 600 East Main Street followed by his Funeral Service 6:00 pm. Interment at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery Arlington VA.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution in Earl's name to: The American Diabetes Association One Plymouth Meeting Suite 520 Plymouth Meeting PA 19426-1316 would be appreciated.
