I had the experience & honor of serving with Bill in the USMC in Vietnam. He was a good friend, a courageous Marine, and a good representative of New Jersey. My condolences to his family and my salute to his memory.

Bill, There will never be a St. Patrick's day that I won't think about you. You lived for that holiday. I am sure you would have been much happier if the Gloucester City Police had green uniforms. Great working with you!
