Krushinsky, Bernard Chester Krushinsky age 75, of Fairfield, beloved husband of Lois E. Duplissey Krushinsky passed away peacefully on May 11, 2013 in St. Vincent's Medical Center with his loving family by his side. Bernard was born on May 22, 1937 in Bridgeport and was the son of the late Chester and Mary Kowtko Krushinsky. He was employed by Avco-Lycoming for 36 years as a Metallurgist and was a United States Air Force Veteran. Bernard enjoyed bird watching, traveling, watching Uconn Basketball and bowling in the duckpin league. In addition to his beloved wife Lois of 52 years, Bernard is also survived by two sons Curt A. Krushinsky and wife Susan of Milford and Craig Krushinsky of Fairfield, one daughter Deidre A. Anderson and husband Scott of Milford, three grandchildren Olivia, Nicholas and Claire, two brothers Richard Krushinsky and wife Madeline of Monroe and Robert Krushinsky and wife Kathlene of Naugatuck and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday May 17, 2013 at 10:30 AM DIRECTLY in St. James Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Thomas Lynch. Prior visiting hours have been omitted. Graveside services will held be on Saturday May 18, 2013 in Spring Grove Cemetery Northampton, MA at 11:00 AM. The family wishes to thank the staff at St. Vincent's Medical Center ICU, 7 North and the Jewish Home 4 Bennett and 3 Kuransky for the special care and compassion shown to their loved one.
