He was a dear friend for 50 years and while holding his hand one week before he passed, we said our good byes in the firmness of our grip. It was indeed a sad day for Barbara, Kenny 111, Mike, Jim, Wendy and their respective families but he will long be remembered for his generosity, integrity, and thoughtfulness. Forever a Remington man of the highest order.

When someone finally gets around to defining "The Remington Man" on Wikipedia and all it meant to so many shooters back in the day, go there because you will see a picture of Kenny Waite Jr. There was no finer human being that wore the green. RIP Ken.

I wish to convey my deepest sympathies to the Waite family. Ken will forever be etched in my memory for two things; first, that he was the perfect definition of a gentleman and second, the joy he felt in discovering and sharing the function of utterly arcane sporting related artifacts. May God rest your soul Ken.
