Emma Bonaparte-Taylor was called to Heaven on Easter Sunday morning at 2:45 a.m., April 1, 2018. She was born Bridgeport, CT, on December 1, 1942, the second child of the late Miriam Sands Bonaparte and Louis N. Bonaparte Sr.
Emma attended the Town of Stratford Education System and graduated from Stratford High School, Class of 1960. She traveled the U.S.A., while furthering her education in Business and Marketing. She attended the University of Bridgeport (CT), University of Alaska at Fairbanks, AK. and Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. And accomplished a BBA Major-Marketing and Business. She held various her jobs, working for such companies as: Burndy Corp of Connecticut, General Electric in Kentucky, KFC in multi-states in the Southwest, Read's Department Stores Connecticut, and the City of New Haven.
Emma was a caring person, she was an active member in both Bethel AME Churches in CT and FL., where she was an encouragement. She served in community organizations; NAACP, BPW of Milford CT, and, enjoyed life by taking a trip to Nairobi, Kenya and many cruising adventures with family and friends.
In Heaven, Emma joined her late husband, Olin Taylor a Sister Brenda Bonaparte, three Brothers: Louis N (Jr.), Elliott R. and Terrence S. (Sr.) Bonaparte.
Surviving sisters and brothers are: Joan Wilson (Wayne) CA, Luella Bonaparte FL, Anita Pecirep (Predrag) CT, Alan T. Bonaparte FL, Kevin Bonaparte (Nancy) CT, and Daniel Bonaparte Sr. (Janet) TX. Sister-in-law Marion Bonaparte. Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
