Jay was a wonderful, caring friend and dance partner. He was dedicated to Kathy, his sons and his grandchildren (whom he spoke of often). Jay kept the "Country Scene" lively with all the gossip--he was better than any woman. He called it "As The Country World Turns". Jay was loved by all and will be missed immensely.
