Susan Hunt Obituary
Susan (Barber) Hunt of San Diego, CA, formerly of Stratford, CT, age 61, died on September 4, 2012 in La Jolla, California. Born June 25, 1951 in Milford, she attended Stratford High School and then the University of Connecticut before moving to San Diego. Predeceased by her father "Rob" Barber of Stratford and sister Nancy Barber of Seymour; She is survived by her son Jacob Hunt and mother Helen Barber Colson both of Stratford, brothers Terence, of Fairfield, Robert, of Bridgeport, Orris of Florida, brother Peter, niece Danielle Barber of Oxford, and sisters Elaine McPadden of Huntington, Phyllis Pacelli of Milford, Carol Barber of West Haven, Laurie Cayer, her husband Jim Cayer; nieces Chelsey Cayer and her namesake Suzanne Cayer all of Mansfield; and her lifelong friend Dennis DiFederico. A graveside funeral will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Bridgeport on December 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Susan Hunt Memorial Fund c/o People's United Bank, 1244 Storrs Road, Storrs, CT 06268 or visit her Facebook Page, by searching internet keywords -The Susan Hunt Memorial.
