Kenneth Victoria Obituary

Victoria, Kenneth J.
Kenneth Joseph Victoria, 59 of Waterbury (formerly of Stratford) passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 8, 2016. Born in Bridgeport on October 18, 1956, he was the son of the late Richard and Dorothy (Babnick) Victoria. Kenny was creative, intelligent, and loyal; a talented artist, devoted husband, father and friend. All who knew him would agree that he certainly marched to the beat of his own drum. His passions included J.R.R. Tolkien, John Wayne and spending time outdoors. He spent as much time as possible in the woods – hunting, fishing, and walking. As a lifelong Tolkien follower, he embodied the quote "not all those who wander are lost" from The Lord of the Rings – The Fellowship of the Ring. He leaves behand to mourn his passing and celebrate his life his wife of 40 years, Karen (Monks) Victoria, his daughter Kellie, her husband Tim and theirs sons Nathan and Justin of Woodbury, his son Kenneth Jr. and his wife Susan of Plymouth and his beloved sisters; Nancy, her husband John and their son James of Stratford and Theresa and her husband John, also of Stratford. He will be sincerely missed by his many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents as well as his brother and best friend, Richard Michael Victoria. Funeral services will be private at the request of the family.

Very sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. My mother and his mother were friends from childhood and though we moved to Wisconsin. They spoke with each other on the phone very frequently. Please convey my family's condolences to Nancy and Terri, and Andrea. Lindalee Taylor and Family.
