Judith "Judy" Waters Anderson Obituary
Judith Waters "Judy" Anderson, 80, passed away at home August 5, 2018. Judy was a very talented artist, gifted in many mediums using oil, water, toll painting, as well as reverse painting on glass and sketching.
she was a professional seamstress at both Odorless and Best Cleaners eventually becoming a manager as well as doing bookkeeping for her husbands' welding business before moving to the East mountains outside of Albuquerque. There she managed a business office supply company and helped set up managing and bookkeeping for a church school. Geneology was a passion of hers and loved to research any family name that came up in every corner of the world and was also a voracious reader. She loved the outdoors and wildlife and caring for the birds she would watch outside her home. Judy was a gracious and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, as well as a scout leader to all her children, and friend to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Fritz Anderson; her children Kreag Anderson, Katherin York, son-in-law Clendon York, Lenn Anderson, Jody Carlson; her grandchildren, Chance Anderson, Irene Robison Peelman, her husband Russell Peelman, Joshua Robison, Danielle Robison, Shane Anderson, Jessie Anderson, DaVonna Carlson, Desirea Carlson; great-grandchildren, MacKenna Anderson, Hunter Anderson, Brandon Peelman, sister Debbie Conway and many other family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her parents Earl and Irene Waters, her son Dean Anderson and grandson Dillon Carlson. Friends may visit Friday, August 17, 2018, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at French Funeral Home on Lomas. Memorial Services will be Saturday, August 18, 2018, 11: a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Cedar Crest, NM.
