Frances Aline Brogli Whitecotton, 84, Cynthiana, died Oct. 28, 2017 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Scott County, Aug. 6, 1933 to the late Melvin and Violet Dunn Hampton. She was a member of Cynthiana Baptist Church and of the retirees Tuesday euchre group, and was preceded in death by her first husband, father of her children, Bill Brogli and her second husband, James Whitecotton; a son, Tommy Brogli; a grandson, Chris Brogli; a twin brother, Bobby Hampton and a brother, Earl Hampton.
She is survived by two sons, Billy Lair (Marsha) Brogli and Mike (Evelyn) Brogli, both of Cynthiana; two daughters, Betty Moore, Lexington and Debbie (J.C.) True, Paris; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Hatfield; a sister, Betty Vanmeter, Paris; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and three special friends, Ronnie Hatfield, Fred Pensinger and Gene Hisle.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 1 p.m. at Ware Funeral Home by Steven Scherer and Bro. Earl Litman. Visitation will be from 3:30-8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Harrison County Food Pantry.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Ronnie Hatfield and Gary Moore and honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters.
