Bernardita ""Bernie"" Trujillo Montoya, 78, died on Nov. 8, 2012, in Dothan, Ala.. She was born Dec. 19, 1933 in Cuba to Beatrice and Celio Trujillo.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lorenzo Montoya.
She is survived by her daughter Patricia Lynch, and grandchildren Zachary and Jamie Lynch. She has six loving brothers within the Trujillo family, Joe, Phil, Victor, Gabe, Urban, and Junior. She has three loving sisters, Alice Montoya, Diane Martinez, and Bertha Muniz. She had many friends and will be forever missed.
Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 12, at 2 p.m. at Brewer, Lee, and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 East Ute St., with Father Tim Farrell conducting. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery where Bernie will be buried next to husband.
Bernadita's care is entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St. in Farmington, 505-325-8688.
