Edra Blanche Boognl, 83, of Farmington, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, in Farmington. She was born Nov. 12, 1929, in Pueblo, Colo. to Eugene and Celia Hunt Constuble.
Edra was born and raised in Pueblo. She had two brothers and three sisters. Throughout her life Edra loved movies and music. She was always singing. Her family moved to Butte, Mont. where she met the love of her life, Al Boognl. Together they had five children. For 20 years Al was a business agent for the Ironworker's Union. Edra was Al's secretary, wife and mother of his children. Together they made an awesome duo.
Edra's passions were her husband and children. She excelled at cooking, knitting, sewing, crocheting and quilting. She always had a project in the works.
She delighted in having children around her. Edra loved her children, 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren with all her heart. Everyone who knew her will miss her.
Edra was preceded in death by her husband, Albert H. Boognl.
She is survived by her sons, Mike (Ezora) Boognl, Albert E. (Mary) Boognl and daughters, Rhonda (Mike) Rodriquez, Pamela Fiskum and Sharon (Dennis) Seyller. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Edra will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 17, at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home.
Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery, with Rebecca Morgan of Namaste House officiating.
Pallbearers are Edra's grandsons.
Memorials may be made to Namaste House or Basin Home Health and Hospice on behalf of Edra Boognl.

I never had the chance to meet Grandma Boognl in this world, but the love and memories her family (my future in-laws and husband) have shared with me, have all been very special. What a super woman; she's smiling down upon us now. We'll meet one day Grandma Boognl!
