Anthony Lee Lopez Sr. Obituary
Anthony Lee Lopez, Sr.

November 28, 1960 -
March 6, 2012

It is with sadness and a heavy heart to announce the loss of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was an honest, loving family man with a heart of gold, who would do anything for anyone. He was "Tony" as his friends called him and he was an avid softball player who loved being surrounded by his friends and family members. Tony worked many years as a longshoreman (Local 63) at the Port of L.A. Tony was preceded in death by his father, Mariano, mother, Marylu (Lu-Lu) and brothers, Ernie and Larry Lopez. He is survived by and loved by his wife, 4 children and 5 grandchildren. He will be truly missed by the love of his life, Rachel Lopez, wife of 16 years, his children: sons, Anthony Jr. (Cherie), Carlos Ray Pryor (Claudia); daughters, Angelina, Leanna; and sister, Josilie De Angeles. Tony will always be remembered by not what he did in life but how he lived his life. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. Rosary will be held on March 14, 2012, 5-9 p.m., Funeraria Del Angel, 1640 N. Avalon Blvd. Wilmington, CA 90744. Mass will be held Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. St. Peter and Paul, 515 W. Opp St., Wilmington, CA 90744. Burial immediately following at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 South Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. Reception following the funeral at VFW Post 2967, 1130 W. Anaheim St., Wilmington, CA 90744. Please sign the guestbook
