Beverly Boehnlein Obituary
Beverly Boehnlein, 93, resided in Wildomar, CA and died of pneumonia on May 25, 2011. She was born in Michigan City on May 6, 1918. In 1936 she graduated from Elston Senior High School. On September 14, 1940 Beverly was united in marriage to Raymond Michael Boehnlein. She is survived by three children, James T. Boehnlein, El Segundo, CA; Diane E. Lensner, Wildomar, CA; Rita R. Smith, La Barge, WY. She had 6 grandchildren, James R. Boehnlein, Heidi (Anderson), Debra (Lensner), Nancy (Wallace), Jennifer (Lensner) and Elizabeth (Lensner); 7 great-grandchildren, Brian, Jana, Christopher, Erin, Jonathan, James, and Dexton. Preceding Beverly in death were her husband, Raymond M. Boehnlein, and brother, James R. Krueger. Beverly enjoyed serving on the M.C. Community Concert Association (1972-2004) as membership secretary. She was a founding member of the M.C. African Violet Club and past president. Beverly also enjoyed traveling and family activities. In January 2004 Beverly and Raymond moved to California to be close to their children. Visitation will be Friday (today) at A.M. Gamby Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church in El Segundo, CA at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2011.
