Bryan Nitz Obituary
Bryan Christopher Nitz

April 9, 1970 - April 25, 2017

Bryan died of injuries suffered when an automobile struck him as he walked near his home collecting recyclables early Tuesday morning, April 25, 2017.
Bryan was born with complications and went through life with learning disabilities, but these challenges never stopped him from being a wonderful and loving person. He would help people even if he did not get paid.
He graduated from Hawthorne High School's special education program in June 1992. His classes in horticulture led to work in gardening and landscaping.
Among Bryan's honors were Outstanding Achievements and Accomplishments from the Summer Youth Employment and Training Program in 1989 and Outstanding Contributions for Beautification and Ecology from the City of Lawndale in 2000, where he and his mother, Sharon, lived until 2005, when they moved to Lake Elsinore.
Bryan loved helping his mother with everyday things like shopping, and enjoyed eating out with her and just talking.
He worked all kinds of odd jobs to help his mother with expenses, from cleaning carpets and store windows to washing cars. He went on to work at fireworks booths for the Little League, and at Christmas he played Santa, giving out candy to children.
Bryan was always there when anyone in the neighborhood needed help and is truly missed by those whose lives he touched.
Baby Huey, time to rest now. The world is a lonelier place without you.
A celebration of Bryan's life is planned for some time soon. Please sign the guestbook at www.dailybreeze.com/obits
