A funeral mass for Colette Rose (Verbeck) Regan who passed away on June 29th, will be held at St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Rancho Palos Verdes on Thursday, July 3rd at 11am.

Colette was born September 9, 1916 in Pasadena to Frank and Elizabeth Verbeck. Colette was always very active in her community. She recently has served on the board for the Toberman Neighborhood Center and was very involved with the Republican Women's club. In 2008, she received the USA Freedom Corps President's volunteer service award and the Toberman Volunteer of the year award. In 2009 she received the California Legislature Assembly Certificate of Recognition for Volunteers, to commemorate her years of service to the community.

Colette's adventurous spirit lives on in her brother, Norbert Verbeck and his wife, Arden; her three daughters, Stephanie Rubeck, Paulette Gochie, Patricia Mannatt; son-in-law, Leo Rubeck; grandchildren, Suzette Bennett, Nan (Scott) Summers, Michelle Riffle, Kathy Riffle; great-grandchildren, Sarah Bennett, Rachel Bennett, Haley Bennett, Corey Chestnut and Chelsea Chestnut.
