Dawn Lari Ramirez

1971 - 2021

Our precious Dawn was called home just after the new year began on January 2, 2021. Dawn was a fighter through and through, but God had another plan for her. She was a hard worker and smart as a whip and had built a successful career as a mortgage loan officer helping many people achieve their dreams of home ownership.

Born and raised in Carson, Dawn was the middle of three sisters, but she was the one everyone looked to for advice and guidance. She had a heart of gold, and knew what it was like to struggle, but would give you her last dime if you needed it more than she did. She loved going to Dodger games and playing with her dogs, Lucy and Red. Six years ago, Dawn met the love of her life, Randy, and they were married in 2018.

Dawn is predeceased by her mother, Sherry; her father, Timothy; and her son, Michael. She is survived by Randy, her daughters, Cassandra and Alexandria, her grandson, Chance; her sisters, Shawn Baeza and Deana Avila, and her "Grandma Alice". She will be sorely missed by a huge circle of friends and extended family.

A viewing will be held on January 14, 2021 from 4-7PM at McKenzie Mortuary, 3843 E. Anaheim Street, Long Beach, CA 90804.
